At BLUE global relocation, we are dedicated to offering excellent service and every one of us is happy to go the extra mile
for the best relocation experience for our customers. We are an accredited member of the European
Relocation Association (EuRA) and proudly hold the EuRA Global Quality Seal Plus which reflects our high standard of service quality.
The EuRA has defined standards and KPIs for the relocation industry and offers trainings such as
the MIM+ program for managing international mobility. Most of our team members hold this additional qualification
and also regularly take part in the trainings offered by the Worldwide ERC.

For us, professional training should never end, but be a continual ongoing process.
A very special way of training are internships: Seeing firsthand how other relocation professionals work
is a truly valuable experience. This idea encouraged our owner Markus Demuth to create
the Global Employee Program in 2019, an international exchange program between
relocation service providers all over the world.
